Founded in 2014, we were formerly known as Gold Key Property Management. We understand the needs of property owners and provide a comprehensive service that is guaranteed to give returns.

“Founder of Rumah-i”
An expert in the property scene, he understands the problems most property owners face and how to overcome them. A self-taught property investor, he started property investment in 2009 with a leverage strategy and managed to purchase his first property without actual cash outflow. Since then, he has initiated his own rental business. In 2014, he and a few partners established Gold Key Property Management.
The company has since utilised the same business model in the management of owners’ properties. Bryan believes that sustainability is the key to success. With the implementation of technology and innovation, there are limitless possibilities to create high value to owners, tenants, stakeholders and community.
He aims to create a better living in our society.
