The sub-district can be easily accessed through many routes. Its main access route is the Kepong – Kuala Selangor Highway, which runs through Sungai Buloh town.

Residents also have access to other highways such as the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) and the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP).

Apart from that, Sungai Buloh is equipped with public transportation such as a railway station line.

The KTM connects Sungai Buloh to surrounding towns and serves as the interchange station of the KTM Komuter Port Klang Line and the Sungai Buloh – Kajang MRT Line.

These give Sungai Buloh residents access to towns such as Kajang and Port Klang and all the other towns along the route of the KTM station.
